Norman Haney is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work and over thirty years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families pursue healing and restoration. His career has included impactful work in youth centers, state correctional systems, psychiatric hospitals, and leadership roles within residential mental health agencies. These experiences have equipped Norman with a deep understanding of the human heart and the many ways people struggle—and overcome.

Norm specializes in couples counseling and addiction recovery, and he is widely known throughout the KCMO area for his ability to help those who feel “stuck,” discouraged, or overwhelmed finally experience meaningful progress.
