A Personal Note From Laura

Ready to get started?

"For me, one of the most enjoyable parts of therapy is witnessing the changes that begin to bring joy back into someone’s life. Seeing clients rediscover hope, strength, and possibility reminds me why I love this work. It’s especially meaningful when clients take the tools we’ve practiced together and start applying them in ways that make a real difference in their daily life."

Testimonials

She is excellent at listening, understanding, and helping. I’ve been seeing her for over a year and I wouldn’t be where I am without her help. I have made improvements mentally and in my daily life that I didn’t even know were possible.

Laura does a great job talking through things with me and providing me a place to feel safe and comfortable with sharing. I have felt comfortable enough to tell her things I haven’t told anyone else. I had gone 2 other places in the past and never felt completely comfortable sharing.

Laura made me feel like I mattered and should be valued.
