A Personal Note From Laura

"For me, one of the most enjoyable parts of therapy is witnessing the changes that begin to bring joy back into someone’s life. Seeing clients rediscover hope, strength, and possibility reminds me why I love this work. It’s especially meaningful when clients take the tools we’ve practiced together and start applying them in ways that make a real difference in their daily life."
