What can I do on my client portal?
1. Update basic account information
2. Make Appointments *If you are looking for an appointment in the next 24-hours, you will need to call our office at 816-78-2349 to check availability.
3. Cancel Appointments. * We do have a late cancellation policy, so if you need to cancel an appointment with less than 24-hours notice, you will not be able to do that through the portal and will need to call our office at 816-781-2349 and speak with a receptionist or if they are unavailable, leave a voicemail (the time of the voicemail will be documented).

How do I get access to my portal?
You will receive an email from Therapy Appointment requesting you to set up your client portal. You will have 48-hours before this link expires. If you did not get the email or your link expired, please contact our office.
When can begin using my client portal?
You should be able to use your client portal immediately after activating the link.
Are there any different appointments available that are not showing up on the portal calendar?
With the exception of therapist, Wendy Dyck, who may have some telehealth only availability that is not showing up on her portal calendar, all other therapist's portals will show all appointments that he/she has available. The only exception to this would be if you are looking for something in the next 24-hours, you would need to contact our office.
