What can I do on my client portal?
1. Update basic account information
2. Make Appointments
3. Cancel Appointments. * We do have a late cancellation policy, so if you need to cancel an appointment with less than 24-hours notice, you will not be able to do that through the portal and will need to call our office at 816-781-2349 and speak with a receptionist.

How do I get access to my portal?
Within a few days of making your appointment, you will receive an email that has directions to our office and portal login instructions.
When can begin using my client portal?
The portal will not be activated until after you have attended your first appointment. It may take a day or two to become active. If you still cannot login to your portal a week after your first appointment. Please call our office and we will help you.
I received an email saying my portal password has been changed, but I don't even know my login information.
When portal access is first added to your account you will receive this email. This is just us entering you information into your account. However, if you receive this after your account has been well established and you did not change your password, please call our office and we will reset your account.
Are there any different appointments available that are not showing up on the portal calendar?
No. All appointments that the therapist has available will show up on the calender for clients to schedule by themselves through the portal.
