Haylee offers a steady, caring presence where children, teens, individuals, and families can safely explore emotions, find understanding, and grow in ways that feel authentic and empowering.

Haylee O’Hara is a Provisionally Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. Before becoming a therapist, Haylee spent time working in childcare, where she developed a strong foundation in child development and a deep appreciation for supporting children and families in meaningful ways.
Haylee works with individuals, couples, and families of all ages, with a special focus on children, adolescents, and their families. She is trained in Play Therapy interventions and techniques and helps clients navigate a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, attachment wounds, and other emotional or relational challenges.
Haylee believes that growth often occurs in moments of discomfort and that everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to explore their experiences. She approaches therapy with the belief that emotions—both joyful and painful—are an essential part of healing. By meeting clients where they are, Haylee helps them feel heard, understood, and empowered to develop self-acceptance, resilience, and lasting change.
Her compassionate, attentive style allows clients to explore their inner strengths, build healthy coping skills, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity. Haylee is licensed in Missouri and offers both in-person and telehealth services, with evening appointments available on a priority basis.

A Personal Note From Haylee
Ready to get started?
“One of my favorite parts of counseling is watching clients discover that they already carry the strength and answers they are searching for. I believe growth often begins in moments of discomfort, and everyone deserves a safe space to explore their emotions—whether through laughter, tears, or quiet reflection. By meeting clients where they are and honoring their experiences, I hope to help them learn to love and accept themselves in ways that lead to meaningful and lasting change.”
