A Personal Note From James

“What I enjoy most about counseling is walking alongside people as they face some of life’s most difficult challenges and begin to realize they are stronger than they thought. I believe meaningful change happens when we develop practical tools, build insight, and take intentional steps forward together. It’s an honor to support clients as they grow, heal, and move toward lives that feel more balanced, hopeful, and fulfilling.”
Testimonials
James is the first therapist that I have seen (I have been to many) that I feel sees me and doesn't make me feel like he is judging me while assisting me with dealing with my past trauma.
After seeing James, for the first time I was truly free of many issues that have made my life often sad, confused and guilty.
